Agreement
By using this website or calling our phone line, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the line. These terms are written in plain language and should be read together with our privacy policy.
What this site is
Union City Express Plumbing operates a 24/7 call line for plumbing help in Union City, California, and nearby communities. This website describes plumbing services and provides general information about plumbing and local utilities.
Information only
Everything on this site, including the pages on services, costs, repairs, utilities and local rules, is general information. It is not professional advice, an inspection or a diagnosis. Plumbing conditions vary from home to home, and a licensed plumber on site must see the problem before work begins.
We try to keep information accurate, including phone numbers and rules from local agencies, but those can change. Confirm details with the agency named, such as Alameda County Water District, Union Sanitary District, PG&E or the City of Union City Building Division.
No guarantee of availability
Our phone line is intended to be answered 24/7, but we do not guarantee that every call will be answered immediately, that a plumber will be available at any particular time, or that service can be provided at every address. We do not promise arrival times.
If you face a danger to life, a fire or a strong smell of gas, leave the building and call 911 first. For gas, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 after 911.
Plumbers and contractors
The plumber or company that performs your job may be a separate contractor from the call line. Any agreement about the scope, price, timing or warranty of the work is between you and that contractor. Before work starts, ask for their California contractor license number and verify it with the Contractors State License Board.
Prices are set by the contractor and depend on the actual conditions at your property. Nothing on this site is a quote or a price promise.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after being told about recording, you consent to it. If you do not consent, say so at the start of the call or end the call.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or phone line to harass, threaten or deceive anyone.
- Do not interfere with the site's operation or try to access it in ways we did not intend.
- Do not copy the site's content for commercial reuse without permission.
Third-party links and embeds
This site may link to or embed content from other sites, such as Google Maps or government agency pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties
This site and the information on it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent California law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Union City Express Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or phone line. That includes damage caused by delay, by relying on general information or by the work of an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Alameda County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
